NOTE: General Shipping and Handling charges: $6.50 for orders under $50.00 via USPS Priority mail service. Orders over $50.00 will be assessed a $12.50+ shipping and handling charge. They will be shipped via FedEx 3 day service. Freight prepaid on artificial larynges. Orders will be shipped UPS, Federal Express or US Mail unless otherwise specified. Overnight shipment is available at an additional charge of $35.00. International orders will be charged accordingly.

In sending this Email credit order, the sender authorizes Lauder Enterprises, Inc. to charge the sender's indicated credit card and the sender promises to pay the charges IAW the credit card's cardholder agreement.  The sender understands that this authorization will remain in effect for a period of 24 months unless the sender cancels such authorization in writing.
